Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
Delivery times within Europe are approximately 7–15 working days, and to North America, Australia and New Zealand approximately 7–20 working days.
Do you also ship your products internationally?
We deliver to Europe, North America, Australia and New Zealand.
In some countries, shipping is limited due to logistical or legal restrictions.
If you are unsure whether we deliver to your country, please contact our customer service.
Are there shipping costs?
Within Europe, we charge €4.99 for shipping.
We offer free shipping on orders over €39.00.
For orders to North America, we charge €9.99 for shipping.
We offer free shipping on orders over €59.00.
For orders to Oceania, we charge €8.99 for shipping.
We offer free shipping on orders over €49.00.
Please note that additional customs duties or import taxes may apply to deliveries and are to be borne by the customer .
These charges are not included in the shipping costs and are collected by the local customs authorities.
