Refund policy

We grant a 14-day right of withdrawal (return right). This means you have 14 days from the day you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • in the same condition that you received it,

  • unworn, unused, with tags attached (where applicable),

  • and in the original packaging.
    You’ll also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.

To start a return, simply email us at kontakt@bemymuse.de with your order number. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but you do not have to.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items are excluded from the right of withdrawal:

  • Custom-made, personalised, or made-to-order products,

  • For hygiene reasons: earrings, piercings, or comparable jewellery,

  • Gift vouchers,

  • Sale / discounted items.

If you’re unsure whether your item can be returned, feel free to send us a short message in advance.


Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.


European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Right

Regardless of the above, if the goods are shipped to a destination in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason. As described above, the item must be in the same condition you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you by email.
If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account. If 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at kontakt@bemymuse.de.
